An iconic, historic redevelopment of the former windshield wiper factory nestled in between the Niagara Medical Campus and Theater District in downtown Buffalo. The project is a collaboration between BMW Management and Krog Development. The structure will offer 242 luxury apartments across six floors, and 56,000 square feet of commercial space. Life Safety Integrated Systems was chosen to provide Access Control, Apartment Entry Systems, Video Surveillance and a Smart Apartment solution that will offer the technology fitting for this high-end property.
